| Blair Welch has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry in North America and Asia. Prior to co-founding Slate, he was responsible for developing a successful Canadian CMBS program for First National Financial Corporation as well as obtaining its rating as Master and Special Servicer. Mr. Welch was a Vice President and original member of New York-based Fortress Investment Group, spending time in Tokyo and Toronto; he was responsible for originating investment opportunities. Mr. Welch has also worked with Bankers Trust and Brazos Advisors (now LoneStar) participating in direct investment, securitization and corporate debt transactions in the US and Canada. During his career, Blair has: originated and sold CMBS; acquired and disposed of performing and non-performing loans; and, acquired, owned and operated various classes of real property. |

Brady Welch Partner

| Brady Welch has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry in North America and Europe across all asset classes, including office, industrial, multi-family and retail. Prior to co-founding Slate, he held senior management positions with Fortress Investment Group from 1998 to 2005, where he was responsible for asset management strategies, financing and originations for both direct real estate investments and real estate debt portfolios totaling over $1.5 billion of asset value. Prior to Fortress, he managed Truscan's (former real estate arm of Canada Trust) Joint Venture investments in Class A office towers in Canada's five major urban markets, totaling over five million square feet. Mr. Welch began his career in the mid-1990s with LoneStar, participating in the acquisition and work-out of over $2 billion in Canadian distressed real estate loan pools from insurance companies and financial institutions. |

Adam Lazier Senior Vice President

| Adam Lazier has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry in North America. Prior to joining Slate in January 2006, Adam was a key member of the CB Richard Ellis Investment Property Group where his primary focus was office properties located in the Greater Toronto Area. While at CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Lazier completed over 40 transactions and represented the interests of private, foreign and institutional clients. At Slate, Adam was initially the National Director of Leasing responsible for the repositioning and leasing of 3.3M sf of office space in Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton and Calgary. Subsequent to this Adam acted as asset manager for the 1.4 million sf Alberta office portfolio while also assisting with business development and new acquisitions. Adam currently is responsible for North American acquisitions and business development as well as the asset management of the GAR 1 retail portfolio which is comprised of six grocery anchored community shopping centers. |

Caroline Zabana, CGA Internal Controller

| Caroline Zabana has over 14 years of real estate industry in North America. Caroline joined Slate in January 2006, after almost a decade in Accounting and Finance. Caroline previously spent seven years as Controller for Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was responsible for all accounting functions, budgeting, and internal controls. At Slate, Caroline is responsible for cash flow management and all financial reporting and accounting aspects as they relate to the various investments Slate has had and/or are currently under management. |

Darrell Shipp Vice President

| Darrell Shipp has over 9 years of experience in the real estate industry in North America. Prior to joining Slate in 2005, Darrell was the senior research analyst at CBRE in Toronto responsible for the analysis and trend forecasting for the Greater Toronto Area. At Slate, he is responsible for the underwriting and diligence analysis for properties under management as well as any potential acquisitions and dispositions. Darrell has previous experience with Slate on the asset management side, where he was responsible for a 0.5 million square foot office portfolio in Toronto and Ottawa. |

Lucas Manuel vice president

| Lucas Manuel has over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Slate in December 2007, Lucas worked as a leasing broker with Cushman & Wakefield. At CW, Lucas was a member of the Toronto Office Leasing Team and acted on behalf of both landlords and tenants throughout the GTA. At Slate, Lucas began as the National Director of Leasing; responsible for 3.3M SF of office space. In 2009, Lucas became an Asset Manager responsible for the management and performance of 1.4M SF of office space in Toronto. |

Conor McBroom Associate

| Conor McBroom is an Associate at Slate, where his wide skill-set has translated into involvement in much of the firm's business including acquisitions, financial analysis, and leasing. Conor played a key role in the asset management of Slate's Canadian Office Portfolio where he negotiated multiple lease transactions and oversaw other aspects of the platform including Slate's proprietary web-based asset management system. |

| Ms. Zhylko joined Slate Properties June 2007. Prior to joining Slate, Liliya worked in the accounting department of a privately-owned real estate company involved in commercial, residential and construction activities. At Slate, Liliya is involved in the administration of capital

Tania Hemani administrative assistant

| Ms. Hemani joined Slate Properties in September 2010. Prior to joining Slate, Tania graduated from the University of Toronto, with her H.B.A. in English Literature, Social and Cultural Anthropology, and Communications. Ms. Hemani has had prior work experience in hospitality, office administration, customer service, and event planning, as well as, having a variety of volunteer experience with Non-Profit Organizations. Ms. Hemani is currently overseeing all administrative duties at Slate. |
